About the role

Responsibilities
- Primary purchasing lead for the assigned project portfolio
- Lead all procurement activities related to the projects
- Manage procurement from concept phase through to production (PPAP)
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to meet objectives
- Anticipate supplier capacity and conduct market analyses to support innovation
- Manage supplier contracts and liaise with the commodity team
- Lead sourcing meetings for supplier selection and allocation
- Ensure replacement and updating of parts during project phases
- Define and implement the sourcing strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Procurement/Purchasing, or equivalent
- Proven experience in project management or strategic procurement
- Initial experience in a technical field: mechanical, electronic, or similar
- IPMA Level D certification
- Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience with an ERP system
- Team player with versatility and process management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong influencing ability
