Responsibilities
Act as the primary communication partner for our internal customers at sister plants as well as for external customers in the field of diesel engines and hydraulic products
Handle complaints and warranty claims
Prepare and document 8D reports for customers
Perform statistical analyses and evaluations of field data for our products across various construction machinery applications
Approve technical statements for customers and prepare reports on product failure behavior
Organize and monitor modification and retrofit actions at customer sites (warehouse and field)
Conduct regular customer meetings with sister plants and external customers
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical education
Additional training as a technician or engineer in mechanics, or training in business administration
Several years of professional experience in a similar role
