Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for inbound calls from both new and existing customers and agents seeking commercial insurance solutions
  • Gather key information during each call to craft tailored insurance proposals
  • Manage high call volumes while efficiently balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or insurance
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in multitasking, including effective communication and typing while engaging with customers
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
  • Ability to obtain required resident and non-resident insurance licenses
  • Availability to work during Licensed Sales Center operating hours
