Responsibilities
Promote and sell medical device solutions including Stryker Spine & Cranial Navigation, Imaging Systems, and Surgical Planning Software
Drive revenue growth, develop customer relationships, and support surgical teams in the operating room
Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Conduct product evaluations in the operating room and office settings
Educate and train surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff on the proper use, care, and maintenance of Stryker’s Enabling Technologies products
Analyze sales performance and territory data
Collaborate and communicate wins, insights, and challenges with the Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional teams
Deliver exceptional customer support during surgical procedures
Requirements
High school diploma or 6 years of equivalent professional work experience
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of B2B sales or medical device sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding quotas
Prior experience in operating room sales support or clinical selling environments
Must have a valid driver's license
Benefits
This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits
Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently
Compliance with all OSHA safety standards is mandatory
