About the role
- Accounting Analyst responsible for payroll entries and monthly reconciliations. Supporting audit compliance and maintaining organized accounting records at Lifetime Investments.
Responsibilities
- Payroll accounting entries: accurately record salaries, payroll taxes/charges, provisions and benefits in the accounting system.
- Monthly account reconciliations: ensure account balances are accurate by reviewing statements, reports and supporting documents.
- Management and recording of prepaid expenses: record advance payments (insurance, subscriptions, contracts) and perform monthly allocations in accordance with the accounting period.
- Audit support: prepare and organize documents, respond to queries, fulfill requests and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Document organization and updating of accounting information: maintain files and supporting evidence organized for audits and the accounting close process.
