Responsibilities
You develop qualified enterprise leads into long-term customer relationships and own the entire sales process – from initial outreach to contract signing
You sell complex, consultative services related to digital and online marketing, performance, data, technologies and consulting convincingly to decision-makers
You analyze, optimize and standardize existing sales processes and build scalable structures for sustainable growth
You actively contribute to drafting contracts for enterprise deals, framework agreements and strategic partnerships
You maintain and expand our customer and partner network and strategically position the company in the market
You identify new target industries, customer opportunities, partnerships and relevant market trends
You prepare client meetings, workshops and pitches and conduct them together with management and the consulting team
You act as the link between Sales and Consulting, ensuring smooth project handovers and an outstanding customer experience
You represent Lemundo at industry events, conferences and company-hosted events
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, sales or partner management in an enterprise environment
Understanding of digital business models
Knowledge of digital or online marketing is a plus but not required
You present yourself confidently, communicate effectively at C-level and demonstrate negotiation skills, empathy and perseverance
You work KPI-driven, have strong numerical literacy and manage your success using data
You work independently, think commercially and want to actively contribute to the company’s long-term success
Business-fluent German (minimum C1) and confident English skills, both written and spoken
Approximately 20% travel depending on location (Hamburg, Kiel or Munich) for customers, events and meetings
