About the role
- Senior Product Manager developing product strategies and roadmaps for the Legalhero platform. Collaborating with teams to analyze market trends and enhance IT products.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for developing and implementing the product strategy and product roadmap in close coordination with the Product Team Lead and management
- Creation, prioritization and maintenance of user stories, product backlogs and release planning
- Analysis of customer needs, market and competitive trends to continuously improve the IT platform
- Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs to measure and optimize product success
- Close collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders (including Engineering and Partner Management) to successfully implement the product strategy
Requirements
- Business‑fluent German (C2) in spoken and written form and solid English skills
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience (minimum 5 years) in product management or a comparable role
- Proven experience in designing, developing and advancing software products in agile working environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Practical experience with CRM systems and a good understanding of data‑driven processes
- Ideally, knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Strong expertise in Product Discovery and in identifying and validating user needs
- Experience in developing, implementing and evolving product strategies and roadmaps
