About the role
- Senior Product Manager responsible for product strategy and implementation in a hybrid environment at Legalhero. Collaborating with stakeholders and teams to optimize product success.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and implementing the product strategy and product roadmap in close coordination with the Product Team Lead and management
- Creating, prioritizing, and maintaining user stories, product backlogs, and release plans
- Analyzing customer needs and market and competitor trends to continuously improve the IT platform
- Defining and monitoring relevant KPIs to measure and optimize product success
- Close collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Partner Management) to successfully execute the product strategy
Requirements
- Fluent German language skills, spoken and written (C2), and strong English skills
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in product management or a comparable role
- Solid experience designing, developing, and iterating software products in agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Practical experience with CRM systems and a good understanding of data-driven processes
- Ideally, knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Strong knowledge of Product Discovery and experience identifying and validating user needs
- Experience developing, implementing, and evolving product strategies and roadmaps
