Responsibilities
Provide direct support and guidance to employees
Handle new-hire onboarding to performance evaluations, benefits, and employee departures
Relaying information on HR policies, payroll, and more
Mentor junior colleagues and provide training
Take ownership of complex cases and provide resolutions
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources function
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office such as Excel, Word and Power-point
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication skills
English language is required
Preference given to German speakers
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resources preferred
