Responsibilities
Assist with data management and reporting tasks, including maintaining HR databases, generating reports, and analyzing trends to support decision-making.
Utilize technical aptitude in order to support with implementation and testing of global HCM system Employee Central.
Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel for creating, editing, and formatting documents, utilizing advanced formatting features.
Apply a strong understanding of document management principles within Microsoft Word, including version control, track changes, and document sharing.
Ideally, leverage experience in using PowerDocs for creating, editing, and managing documents within the application.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications and technologies related to document management.
A strong understanding of document management principles and best practices.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, particularly in an international context.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel; experience with PowerDocs is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in English and French, Hungarian language skills would be a nice to have.
