Responsibilities
You lead a dispatch/planning and customer service team and are actively involved in day-to-day operations.
You coordinate closely with Sales, Production and International Logistics to ensure efficient processes and excellent customer service.
Together with your team, you are responsible for on-time deliveries and optimal inventory control.
You actively drive the optimization and digitalization of logistical processes and the supply chain, continuously adapting them.
You define and implement objectives, policies and processes for logistical operations in close cooperation with Sales and Marketing.
As the interface between IT, Logistics and Sales, you coordinate the integration and further development of relevant systems and processes.
You are responsible for after-sales processes, including accurate and timely invoicing.
Requirements
Completed degree (e.g., B.Sc.) or several years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a comparable field
Experience in the agricultural sector or agricultural markets is a plus
Solid knowledge of logistics services as well as customer and sales support
Some leadership experience and a strong team orientation
Excellent stakeholder management and a structured way of working
Confident use of SAP, Salesforce or comparable ERP/CRM systems
High IT affinity and interest in digital processes
Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in taking operational responsibility
Very good German and English skills
Driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel internationally, limited to approx. 5–10%
