Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with our customers and legal counsel
Track progress of Agreements with client Legal counsel and BSCI Legal counsel
Follow up to ensure agreements are progressing through the review and approval process
Manage and track status of BAAs
Create, maintain, and recommend enhancements to policies and procedures
Track, analyze, and interpret metrics related to BAA process
Provide broad troubleshooting support for field teams
Create how-to documents and work instructions
Coordinate with Health Care Professionals and legal counsel
Requirements
4-year degree from accredited college or university
Proven track record of excellent and timely customer service
Highly organized with significant attention to detail required
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities successfully
Strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills
Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce
Excellence in HCP relationship management
1-2 years industry experience in light medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech preferred
