Responsibilities
Advise and support prospective clients and customers on cruise travel
Create tailored travel offers and packages
Book and manage cruises and associated travel services
Maintain customer relationships and develop a base of repeat clients
Cooperate with cruise lines and other travel industry partners
Requirements
Experience as a travel agent (Tourism clerk) in a travel agency or tour operator
Telephone and written advisory skills in English
Prior knowledge of cruise lines and cruise ships is desirable
Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service and quality
