Account Manager focusing on growing education sector client base for Konica Minolta. Delivering technology solutions to enhance learning environments across Victoria.
Responsibilities
**What You’ll Do**
Grow revenue through a mix of new business and existing education accounts
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including ICT teams, business managers, procurement and leadership groups
Develop account strategies and execute business plans aligned to customer needs
Lead the sales process from prospecting through to proposal, close, delivery and ongoing support
Identify opportunities across solutions, managed services and technology refresh programs
Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasts and sales reporting
Contribute to the culture and success of the VIC branch through collaboration and initiative
Requirements
**What You’ll Bring**
Proven success in B2B solution sales (technology, managed services or education experience preferred)
Strong ability to uncover customer needs and present tailored solutions
Experience developing strategic account plans and meeting revenue targets
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
Strong discipline in pipeline management, forecasting and follow-up
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Self-motivation, accountability and a consultative selling mindset
Current Australian driver’s licence and working rights
As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
