Responsibilities
Provide organized, dependable administrative support to keep the Sales team focused and effective.
Accurately complete new item setup forms tailored to each retailer’s requirements.
Manage the full lifecycle of promotional activity—from submission through maintenance and closeout—within retailer portals and Kodiak’s TPM system.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect data to support business growth.
Generate and analyze recurring sales reports in SPINS, Nielsen IQ, and Retail Link to uncover key insights.
Track essential account information and identify trends or opportunities across customers.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations to resolve purchase order discrepancies quickly and effectively.
Support meeting preparation by coordinating samples, compiling data, and developing sales materials that reflect Kodiak’s story and values.
Take on related tasks as assigned, always bringing a proactive, team-first attitude.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
