About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and coach engineers
- Prioritize risks and communicate trade-offs clearly

- Collaborate with DevOps and CloudOps to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in QA
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Experience with test automation (web, API, backend)
- CI/CD integration knowledge
- Performance and scalability testing experience
- Proficient in Python, Java, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Understanding of cloud and container environments
- Familiarity with Robot Framework, k6, or Testpad (not mandatory)
