Responsibilities
- Drive Execution & Development: Translate strategic “Plan to Repair” requirements into action by customizing, enhancing, and maintaining secure, high-performing applications.
- Collaborate & Design: Partner with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to validate technical designs and implement process enhancements.
- Analyze & Innovate: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to uncover trends, inform strategic business decisions and elevate the overall customer experience.
- Govern & Support: Provide hands-on technical troubleshooting, establish robust governance (including access management), and maintain thorough solution documentation.
Requirements
- Maintenance Solution Expert: You possess strong technical expertise across various Plant Maintenance systems, particularly with the “Plan to Repair” domain.
- Alongside essential experience in SAP ERP / S4Hana PM, you bring a deep understanding of the full application lifecycle (development, testing, deployment and security)
- Process Expert: You bring solid functional knowledge of the “Plan to Repair” area and excel at requirements gathering, demand management and solution architecture.
- Strategic Problem-Solver: You are highly analytical and innovate, capable of leveraging data to tackle complex challenges and design user-centric solutions.
- Collaborative Communicator: You are a dedicated team player with excellent written communication skills, able to smoothly bridge gap between technical execution and business strategy.
