About the role
- Product Manager for Beats Radio, overseeing strategic and operational growth of a digital audio brand. Engaging in content management and marketing initiatives in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- You will take overall product responsibility for Beats Radio
- Strategic and operational development and expansion of the station
- Content maintenance, structuring and quality control across all platforms
- Further development of the on-air design (sound design, packaging, promotions) in collaboration with creative and production teams
- Planning and execution of brand marketing activities on- and off-air
- Building and maintaining a network of artists, influencers and multipliers (e.g., promoters and industry connectors)
Requirements
- You understand the DNA of Beats Radio
- Professional experience in product management for digital media (radio, streaming, audio) and a strong genre sensibility
- Strong instinct for suitable artists — you know the scene, follow trends and can identify labels, producers and acts that fit Beats Radio
- Experience using playlist tools and, ideally, music scheduling/planning software
- Strong brand understanding and a good sense of target audiences
- Team player with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for shaping a young brand
