Responsibilities
Collaborating with the KBF Payroll Team to provide administration, implementation, and execution of payroll processes and system requirements.
Spearheading personalized payroll support for KBF clients.
Leading and overseeing end-to-end payroll processing across multiple systems and jurisdictions.
Acting as a subject-matter expert on complex payroll issues including tax, deductions, and benefits.
Reviewing and validating payroll calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.
Partnering with HR and Finance for audits, payroll tax filings, and reporting requirements.
Mentoring and guiding Payroll Specialists to ensure process consistency.
Coordinating with clients, auditors, and service providers for payroll compliance.
Recommending and implementing process improvements and system enhancements.
Providing payroll reports and analytics to support business decisions.
Leading special projects related to payroll automation, system migration, or policy development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
US and/or PH Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification strongly preferred.
At least 5–7 years of progressive payroll experience, including global or US multi-state exposure.
Solid knowledge of US payroll tax, employment law, and IRS compliance.
Solid experience in handling multiple payroll clients.
Strong background in client payroll onboarding.
Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
Proficiency with payroll systems (ADP, QuickBooks, Gusto, Rippling, Paylocity, UKG, Deel) and Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
