Collection and import of variable payroll items
Monitoring and implementation of legal and collective bargaining updates
Full review and verification of payslips

Monitoring of sick leaves and statutory sick pay (IJSS)
Generation and verification of post-pay reports
Management, tracking and correction of payroll anomalies
Management of social declarations and liaison with social security organizations
Requirements
Significant experience (ideally 3–4 years) as a payroll administrator, preferably acquired in a payroll/accounting firm or in a multi‑collective‑bargaining environment
Ability to work autonomously managing a client portfolio to ensure timely payroll delivery

Knowledge of Silae is a plus
