Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the delivery of training programmes, including technical, onboarding, soft skills and e-learning initiatives
Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Support ISO13485 compliance by following controlled processes and help preperation for internal/external audits
Manage credentialling requirements for employees requiring hospital access
Organise and improve Company Induction and onboarding activities
Maintain a librabry of engaging e-learning content using EasyGenerator
Coordinate in-person training workshops and external learning activities
Liaise with external training providers where necessary
Participate in global learning initiatives
Requirements
Previous experience in L&D, training coordination, or similar HR development role
Experience using a Learning Management System
An understanding of ISO regulations or of working within a regulated environment, such as medical, pharma, finance etc
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confident communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workloads
A CIPD or learning-related qualification is desirable, but not essential
