About the role
- Field technician performing maintenance and technical support tasks at Kardex Remstar. Ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction for automated warehouse solutions.
Responsibilities
- Diverse onderhouds- en technische ondersteunings- werkzaamheden uitvoeren voor geïnstalleerde apparatuur en systemen
- Bepalen wanneer producten moeten worden gemoderniseerd of vervangen, problemen oplossen en bijdragen aan het verhelpen van storingen
- Installeren, configureren, kalibreren en repareren van technische producten en systemen op de klantlocaties, met name Autostore systemen
- Klanten trainen op operationeel en onderhoudsgebied, gezondheid en veiligheid
- Zorg voor administratieve beheertaken (rapportage, persoonlijke inventaris van reserveonderdelen, enz.)
- Diagnoses opstellen, ook op afstand, telefonisch of via een andere verbinding
- Periodieke storingsdiensten draaien
- Onze producten en diensten onder de aandacht van de klant brengen en zorgen dat het klantenservicepersoneel voldoende is geïnstrueerd
Requirements
- Opleiding WTB/ Electrotechnisch/ Electronica diploma of vergelijkbare ervaring opgedaan
- Natuurlijk affiniteit voor klantcontact en werkt graag in het veld
- Kennis van PLC-probleemoplossing
- Bekend met diagnostische methoden
- Technische / Mechanische / Elektronische achtergrond
- Bekend met industriële communicatie (veldbus, Ethernet, enz.) en met Health & Safety op locatie
- Bereid om buiten kantooruren te werken (weekend of avonden)
- Periodiek beschikbaar voor oproepdienst
- Geen angst voor werken op hoogte i.v.m. hoogbouwsystemen
- Bereid om te reizen (Benelux)
- Vloeiend Nederlands en goed in Engels
- Beschikken over autorijbewijs
- Expertise in Conveyorsystemen of Koelsystemen en/of Autostore is een pluspunt!
