Responsibilities
Provide operational support for a defined group of employees from onboarding to offboarding
Draft employment contracts, ancillary agreements, terminations and references
Advise department heads and managers on employment law matters
Conduct employee meetings and performance discussions
Work closely with employee representatives (works council)
Support HR-related projects and the optimization of personnel processes
Prepare reports and analyses
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training
Additional HR-related qualification
Practical professional experience in human resources
Preferably familiar with collective agreements such as BAT-KF, TVL and/or DEHOGA
Good knowledge of labor law, payroll tax and social security law
Proficient in MS Office and SAP
