Responsibilities
Sales with responsibility: You inspire companies and their advisors, such as tax consultancies and auditors, with our market-leading digital products and services.
Manage the sales process: You oversee the entire sales cycle — from initial contact and proposal preparation to final contract placement.
New business acquisition: You identify potential customers and contact them by phone — either through targeted cold calling or as part of ongoing marketing campaigns.
Customer development: You exploit cross- and up-selling opportunities with existing customers, convert trial users into paying customers, and proactively respond to incoming inquiries.
Consulting & selling: You persuade in conversation and provide professional advice on our digital products — from first contact to successful contract signing.
Research: You prepare your customer conversations strategically through thorough research and develop tailored approaches for each discussion.
System maintenance: You reliably document your activities in our systems and keep customer and order data up to date.
Requirements
Experience in telesales or outbound telephone sales, ideally with digital products or SaaS solutions
Career changers with an affinity for the role and a motivated personality are also welcome
Familiarity with our target groups is desirable but not required: tax advisors, law firms, or medium-sized companies
Enjoy strong customer contact and selling an innovative product that takes users’ workflows to the next level
Strong communication and persuasive skills, with a focused working style
Willingness to learn about our digital solutions
Excellent spoken and written German.
