- Establish and champion a clear digital vision, aligning modern engineering, data, cloud and AI capabilities with evolving client and market needs.
- Lead and contribute to complex RFP and pre-sales engagements, shaping compelling propositions and translating client challenges into differentiated solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, product and delivery leaders to design and embed scalable digital architectures across software, data and cloud environments.
- Oversee the successful delivery of strategic technology programmes, ensuring outcomes drive measurable business value and long-term client impact.
- Act as a senior ambassador for esynergy - building executive-level relationships, unlocking new opportunities and strengthening our reputation in the market.
- Foster a high-performing, cross-disciplinary community across software, data and cloud, encouraging shared learning and continuous capability development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior digital, technology or transformation leadership roles, with breadth across software, data, cloud and AI.
- Strong track record in RFP, bid and pre-sales environments, with the commercial acumen to shape winning propositions.
- Demonstrable experience defining and delivering digital or technology strategies at organisational scale.
- Ability to operate in a T-shaped manner - combining depth in one or more domains with the breadth to connect multiple disciplines into cohesive solutions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the presence and credibility to influence senior executives and diverse technical audiences.
- A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset, with a strong understanding of governance, risk and responsible technology adoption.
