Responsibilities
Collecting testimonials, reviews, and outcome data from bootcamp and self-study course customers
Proactively reaching out to students via email, Slack, Zoom, and social platforms to capture written and video testimonials
Turning raw customer feedback into polished growth assets like quotes, case studies, short videos, and outcome summaries
Organizing social proof into a clean, searchable system that can be used across marketing, sales, and product
Partnering with marketing, growth, and product teams to deploy social proof across landing pages, emails, ads, and sales collateral
Experimenting with incentives, prompts, and workflows to increase response rates and quality of testimonials
Helping define what “great outcomes” look like and how we measure and communicate them
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university, or equivalent experience
Strong written communication skills and comfort talking to customers one-on-one
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage many conversations at once
Available to work at least 15 hours per week (ideally 20) and work in-office in Lehi, UT 2x per week
