Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis and reporting using SAS Enterprise Guide (EG)
- Design and maintain ETL processes using SAS Data Integration Studio (DIS)
- Support data preparation, transformation, and validation activities
- Contribute to the migration from SAS 9.x to SAS Viya (cloud environment)
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across workflows
- Contribute to delivering high-quality solutions that solve real business problems
- Translate data and technical concepts into clear, actionable outcomes
- Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and stakeholders across teams and geographies
- Support clients in their data and digital transformation journeys
- Continuously improve how data is used to inform decisions and create value
Requirements
- Proven experience with SAS Enterprise Guide (EG) for data analysis and reporting
- Strong experience with SAS Data Integration Studio (DIS) for ETL development
- Solid understanding of SAS 9.4 environments
- Experience in data preparation, transformation, and validation
- Good knowledge of SQL and data querying
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset and sense of ownership
- Fluency in English
- Must be a Portuguese or European citizen, or hold a valid work permit for Portugal
