Responsibilities
Build AI-native go-to-market systems that generate product narratives, messaging, visuals, and sales assets on demand.
Design and deploy AI agents and workflows using tools such as Claude Code, Lovable, Freepik, Figma, and emerging platforms.
Encode taste and judgment into prompts, frameworks, and agent logic to ensure clarity, coherence, and strong brand expression.
Act as the final quality bar, knowing what is ready to ship and what needs refinement.
Enable Sales, Product, Comms, and Brand teams with AI-powered tools for high-quality, self-serve GTM outputs.
Reduce manual asset production while increasing speed, consistency, and leverage across teams.
Partner closely with Product to ensure GTM systems reflect real product value, not surface-level messaging.
Experiment rapidly with formats and narratives, ship and measure results, and codify what works into durable systems.
Requirements
You are early in your career (0–2 years post-university) and have completed a university degree or built equivalent experience through work, projects, or ventures. Your background might be in business, economics, engineering, marketing, design, media, computer science, or a related field. What matters most to us is not your pedigree or job title, but what you’ve built and how you approach problems.
You take strong ownership of your work. You don’t wait for perfect briefs or detailed instructions, and you are comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy. You enjoy being close to decision-making and are willing to take responsibility for outcomes end-to-end.
You are AI-native by practice, not by interest alone. You actively build with AI and can turn vague goals into working workflows, agents, or systems. You stay current through hands-on use and experimentation, and you are excited by the idea of using AI to create leverage rather than manual effort.
You have strong judgment and taste, particularly when it comes to language, design, and aesthetics. This is often shaped by hands-on interests such as product or graphic design, video editing, writing, architecture, art, or other creative crafts. You can explain why something works or doesn’t, and you use that judgment consistently.
You think in systems and patterns. You naturally look for repeatable, scalable ways to replace manual work with tools, logic, and automation. You care about building things that hold up over time, not just producing quick outputs.
