About the role
- Finance Compliance Senior Manager overseeing compliance strategies for digital transformations at Johnson & Johnson. Leading governance and assurance efforts across various IMFT projects.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the compliance governance framework for Innovative Medicines Finance transformation initiatives
- Establish transformation-specific compliance strategies and priorities for each value stream
- Develop and own standardized methodologies for transformation-related risk assessment, internal controls, and data integrity
- Translate regulatory and internal control requirements into clear, actionable compliance guidance
- Provide oversight of compliance risks arising from concurrent transformation initiatives
- Define governance expectations, assessment criteria, and compliance deliverables for transformation programs
- Partner with value stream Directors and Senior Directors to advise on compliance implications
- Monitor the maturity and effectiveness of compliance governance across transformation programs
- Act as the central point of accountability within IM Finance Transformation for defining compliance requirements
Requirements
- Acquired University degree in Finance or Economics or related fields
- Min. 8-10 years of previous experience in Finance roles
- Working knowledge of financial and IT internal controls
- Working knowledge of SOX 404, US GAAP, and IFRS
- Working knowledge in supply chain environment
- Ability to proactively identify and mitigate process risks.
- Understanding of continuous process improvement techniques
- Experience working in a complex, multi-ERP / system environment
- Experience with SAP S4 Hana highly preferred.
- People management skills and ability to collaborate in a highly matrixed environment
