Responsibilities
Independently perform monthly payroll processing, including maintenance of payroll-relevant data
Prepare payroll data (master data, absences, allowances, bonuses, benefits)
Process and prepare certificates, statements, reports and other documents
Support the maintenance and administration of the time-tracking system (ATOSS)
Provide general administrative support
Contribute to HR projects
Work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner at the Cologne site and collaborate with the HR team in Baden-Württemberg
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in payroll and payroll-related matters (social security and tax law)
Experience in HR administration / personnel management
Proficient with MS Office and good knowledge of HR systems (ideally SAGE, ATOSS and/or Personio)
Structured, careful and reliable working style
Team player with an enjoyment of administrative tasks
