Responsibilities
Independently perform the monthly payroll processing, including maintaining payroll-relevant data
Prepare payroll data (master data, absences, allowances, bonuses, benefits)
Handle and produce certificates, records, reports and other documents
Support maintenance and administration of the time tracking system (ATOSS)
General administrative support
Contribute to HR projects
Close coordination with the Senior HR Business Partner at the Cologne site and collaboration with the HR team in Baden-Württemberg
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in payroll and payroll-related matters (social security and tax law)
Experience in HR administration / personnel management
Confident use of MS Office and good knowledge of HR systems (ideally SAGE, ATOSS and/or Personio)
Structured, meticulous and reliable working style
Team player with enthusiasm for administrative tasks
