Responsibilities
- Process payroll calculations
- Coordinate fund transfers with Fundação Cesp
- Process payments of statutory charges and social contributions
- Address employee inquiries
- Prepare the RAIS report
- Maintain up-to-date agreements with financial institutions
- Support payroll system parameterization (configuration)
- Prepare and compile financial remittances to unions
- Provide reports to support other departments
- Prepare termination analysis records
- Perform the full calculation process for payroll-deductible loans (consigned loans)
- Comply with internal regulations and health, hygiene, and safety standards
- Drive vehicles when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of: end-to-end payroll routines; labor legislation and payroll calculations; Microsoft Office; integrated systems (SAP) and corporate systems
