About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as a hands-on HR Generalist: operational and proactive.
- Manage the training plan (safety, refresher courses, and skills development).
- Manage budgets, OPCO funding, enrollments, monitoring and reporting.
- Ensure regulatory monitoring related to training.
- Advise managers and employees.
- Monitor sensitive situations (retention, performance).
- Draft and update job descriptions and profiles.
- Draft and publish job advertisements.
- Track applications and organize interviews.
- Handle HR-related administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a generalist HR role (training / recruitment / administration).
- Strong background in training and recruitment.
- Ideally, experience in employer branding.
- Experience managing training plans and budgets, and coordinating with OPCOs.
- Recruitment experience.
- Comfortable with digital tools.
- Excellent knowledge of labor law.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- English level: minimum B2.
