Responsibilities
Processing and ensuring accurate payroll and salary calculations
Recording all payroll-relevant data, including tax and social security information
Handling reporting and certification tasks, as well as maintaining master data
Implementing salary adjustments, special payments and company pension schemes
Preparing reports and supporting monthly and year-end closings
Contributing to and optimizing HR processes within your area of responsibility
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training plus further qualification in HR
At least 3 years' experience in payroll administration
Solid knowledge of labor, social security and tax law
Experience with payroll systems (ideally Sage) and MS Office
