Responsibilities
- Processing and ensuring accurate payroll and salary calculations
- Recording all payroll-relevant data, including tax and social security information
- Handling reporting and certification tasks, as well as maintaining master data

- Preparing reports and supporting monthly and year-end closings
- Contributing to and optimizing HR processes within your area of responsibility
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training plus further qualification in HR
- At least 3 years' experience in payroll administration
- Solid knowledge of labor, social security and tax law
- Experience with payroll systems (ideally Sage) and MS Office
