Implement HR systems for public organizations focusing on compliance and user training. Work with various HR functions like payroll and recruitment in Brazil's public sector.
Responsibilities
Implement IPM’s HR systems in municipal public bodies, following business rules and client requirements, covering routines and areas such as Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, Time & Attendance, Performance Evaluation, Probationary Period, Occupational Health and Safety, among others;
Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and necessary adjustments;
Configure the system according to the gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
Deliver user training on system operations and available functionalities;
Monitor the implementation process, troubleshoot issues and clarify user questions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields;
Knowledge of legislation and public regulations applicable to the area of practice (HR/Payroll);
Experience with HR/payroll software;
Availability for frequent travel.
