About the role

Responsibilities
- Implement IPM's Digital Government solutions suite in municipal public bodies, following business rules and client requirements.
- Deliver training to new users, taking into account their responsibilities.
- Verify migration results and configurations, correcting or completing them as needed with client involvement.
- Provide customer/user support during system implementation, guiding them on correct system operation.
- Monitor the implementation process, resolving issues and answering questions.
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Experience with public tenders and government procurement, typically gained working in the public sector or for companies that handle public bids.
- Comfortable with technology.
- Availability for frequent travel.
