About the role

  • Senior Compensation Analyst at Ipiranga managing remuneration structures and supporting salary analysis, ensuring compliance and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Review and maintenance of organizational and job structures.
  • Analysis and sizing of organizational structures.
  • Evaluation and monitoring of salary movements and promotions.
  • Management and enhancement of variable compensation programs, with a special focus on sales areas.
  • Active participation in salary surveys and market benchmarking.
  • Preparation of analyses and studies to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support in defining and managing Short-Term and Long-Term Incentive Programs (STIP and LTIP).
  • Participation in projects to review compensation policies and practices.
  • Interface with Talent Acquisition, Business Partners and leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Psychology or related fields.
  • Solid experience in compensation, preferably in medium to large companies.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of compensation management platforms such as Towers Watson (WTW) and LG.
  • Analytical skills, strategic vision and ability to communicate across different hierarchical levels.
  • Intermediate/advanced English is a plus.
  • Experience with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Towers Watson methodology).
  • Experience in organizational transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
