Responsibilities
Responsible for the strategic development of the KMV program and Pró-Frotas.
Control of the annual budget and support for the Pró-Frotas commercial team in developing marketing solutions.
Work with the CRM team to coordinate B2B and B2C communications.
Management and control of the annual budgets for Pró-Frotas and KMV.
Expense forecasting and recording.
Support in developing marketing solutions with Pró-Frotas.
Monitoring contracts executed with Pró-Frotas partners.
Strategic development of the KMV program.
Management of communication content for internal audiences, B2B and B2C.
Analysis of KPIs and measurement of results.
Development of incentive campaigns for the KMV program aimed at internal audiences.
Management of internal tools that support clients in creating creatives and customized campaigns.
Requirements
Marketing campaigns for CRM; Budget management.
Knowledge of budget management tools, creation of CRM briefs, and data analysis using Excel and Power BI.
Bachelor’s degree completed.
English (a plus).
