Requirements
- Self-motivated individuals who prefer flexibility over a fixed salary
- People comfortable working independently and building relationships in the field
- Strong communicators who can earn trust and maintain long-term partnerships
- Existing relationships OR regular access to property managers or commercial decision-makers
- The ability to get meetings and build trust quickly
- Experience in restoration, construction, property management, or B2B services preferred but not required
- Real estate agents working with investors or distressed properties preferred but not required
- Vendor-side reps (janitorial, HVAC, security, etc.) calling on similar clients preferred but not required
