Responsibilities
Deliver reliable, high-quality technical support to Intrepid’s EMEA teams
Combine hands-on infrastructure engineering with frontline IT support
Ensure systems, devices, and networks run smoothly across the region
Support users, manage devices and applications
Assist with system and network administration
Work closely with local and distributed teams to maintain secure, resilient services
Require office attendance approximately 4 days per week
Conduct some travel across the EMEA region for hands-on support
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments, including device administration and troubleshooting
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, and identity/access management
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Experience with device management tools such as Intune, MDM solutions, Autopilot, or imaging technologies
Understanding of IT security fundamentals and best practices
Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Strong customer service mindset and ability to build trust with stakeholders
Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, networking) are desirable
Exposure to server administration, virtualisation, cloud platforms, or scripting (PowerShell)
