Responsibilities
Central point of contact for complex technical issues
Support 2nd Level Support by analyzing and resolving problems
Conduct in-depth investigations of system behavior and relevant configurations
Work closely with the Core Products Team
Evaluate issues and requests from day-to-day operational activities
Requirements
Several years of experience with agile working methods (Scrum or Kanban)
Basic knowledge of SQL/Oracle and database queries
Experience with .NET-based applications and web services
Understanding of software architectures
API knowledge, particularly JSON and XML data formats
Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong personal responsibility
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
