Responsibilities
- Key Account Manager / Portfolio Manager for various real estate AIFs
- Central point of contact for external asset managers/fund initiators, third-party investment management companies, custodians, as well as all internal and external contractual partners
- Central process manager for fund initiation through ongoing management to fund exit
- Obtaining required approvals and participation in investment committee meetings
- Data management, transaction management, coordination of acquisitions and disposals
- Monitoring ongoing portfolio management tasks of international and European real estate fund providers/asset managers for IntReal
- Preparation of presentations and sales materials (RFPs)
- Attendance at client meetings and events
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration, real estate management and/or law
- Several years of professional experience in fund management, fund structuring and/or asset management, ideally at an investment management company
- Good knowledge of German investment law
- Basic knowledge of real estate markets
- Ideally, knowledge of corporate and country-specific legal and tax issues related to national and international real estate transactions
- Experience with funds is desirable
- Strong analytical and process-oriented skills
- Very good English skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication and customer orientation, ability to work in a team and independently
