About the role
- Junior Category Manager for Training/Sportstyle at INTERSPORT, supporting assortment management and category strategies. Collaborate with members and contribute to sales success in the retail market.
Responsibilities
- You support the development of a sales-strong, market-relevant and profitable assortment, thereby actively shaping the success of our members in brick-and-mortar retail.

Requirements
- Degree in business administration, retail/commerce, or a commercial apprenticeship with equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in category management, purchasing or product management is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools
- Structured, independent and meticulous working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with members and brand partners
- Team spirit and openness to a modern matrix organization
- Solution orientation, initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Interest in sports and a good sense for retail trends
