Requirements
- 10+ years of experience drafting and negotiating complex construction and equipment contracts
- Strong experience in mission-critical infrastructure or data center projects
- Demonstrated experience developing standardized contract templates at a corporate level
- Deep knowledge of Construction Contracting Strategies and application
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Construction Law
- Preferred Certifications: Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or National Contract Management Association (NCMA)
