About the role
- Legal Counsel advising on contract, trade, and competition law for Interroll. Responsibilities include managing legal documentation and training employees globally in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to Interroll companies worldwide on contract, commercial and competition law
- Support on legal questions related to product liability and product safety
- Establish, manage and maintain a global contract database
- Create standard templates for contracts and terms and conditions
- Review and draft contracts with customers, suppliers and partners – in particular in the context of automation projects, software licensing and service agreements
- Monitor and control global costs for external legal counsel and litigation
- Support the legal assessment of tenders and project contracts
- Actively contribute to and deliver legal training for employees worldwide
Requirements
- Successfully completed the Second State Examination in Law (zweites juristisches Staatsexamen) or an equivalent legal qualification (e.g., LL.M.)
- Initial professional experience in an industrial company or a law firm with a focus on commercial law is an advantage
- Structured and very meticulous working style
- Strong IT affinity, especially with regard to AI
- Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level)
