Responsibilities
Gather requirements from stakeholders (beneficiary management, authorizations, billing, contracts, TUSS/ANS)
Map AS-IS processes and design TO-BE processes using BPMN notation
Prepare detailed functional specifications for the development team
Ensure ERP compliance with ANS regulations (TISS/TUSS)
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), document test scenarios and manage deviations/defects
Act as liaison between health insurers/operators, technical teams (Dev/QA/DevOps) and management
Support ERP implementation: user training, go-live and post-implementation support
Support project management: schedule, scope and backlog management (Scrum/Kanban)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or Industrial Engineering
2 years or more of experience in the functions described above
MBA in Project Management, specialization in Supplementary Health or postgraduate studies in Digital Transformation (preferred)
Knowledge of ERPs for the supplementary health sector
