Requirements
- 1-3 years of Business Analysis or Consultancy experience.
- Demonstrated experience in independently handling tasks and contributing to various stages of the business analysis lifecycle.
- Ability to apply standard practices, fundamental frameworks, and tools related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis.
- Capability to identify and analyze basic business problems and opportunities holistically, comprehending internal and external factors affecting the problem space.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, gather input, and build alignment across technical and business roles.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and identifying solution-level gaps or inefficiencies.
- Experience in enterprise-scale AI/ML product environments, life sciences or healthcare industry exposure preferred.
