Implement equipment modifications to enhance production efficiency and reduce defects
Drive complex problem-solving initiatives for defect reduction and yield improvement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on critical enabling technologies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or in a STEM related field
7+ years of semiconductor manufacturing, process development, or technology development experience
1+ years of experience in Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical process control
2+ years of experience in root-cause analysis capabilities using structured problem-solving and data analytics
2+ years of experience with module integration and interactions across semiconductor processes including; etch, deposition, CMP, or lithography
Experience in process optimization, defect reduction, and manufacturing improvements
Hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing processes (e.g. etching, material science, and/or equipment metrology)
