About the role

  • HBM Customer Systems Validation Engineer responsible for system-level validation and technical customer integration support at Micron. Collaborating with various engineering teams to ensure product functionality and success.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for system-level validation, failure analysis, characterization, and experimentation of customer systems
  • Run and configure diagnostic software, design experiments, analyze and interpret data
  • Provide technical customer integration support at customer locations
  • Work with customers and memory enablers like GPU manufacturers to attain design wins and qualifications of Micron memory products
  • Debug Micron Product Customer Failures
  • Provide technical support to customers and the field sales
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering and Return Material Authorization (RMA)

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (or an equivalent field)
  • 2-4 years of experience or 1-3 years of experience respectively
  • Comfortable working and programming with Linux, Python/C/C++, version control systems (git, svn)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Basic understanding of DRAM operations and computer networking
  • Self-motivation and passion
