About the role
- Chief of Staff managing high-level activities for Intel’s Data Center Group. Driving strategic projects, supporting executive leadership, and ensuring accountability for organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Owns completion of high-level activities directly for a member of Intel’s executive team
- Provides counsel to executives in assisting and/or driving business decision making process
- Sets agenda for leadership team and drives accountability for OKRs and team deliverables
- Works directly with the broader organization to help set priorities and understand gaps
- Coordinates group activities and cross-functional initiatives, leading or contributing to strategic projects
- Provides department leaders with recommendations to improve teamwork
- May provide support and oversight for special projects and initiatives
- Assists the executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies
- Works with leadership to monitor and communicate progress towards goals
- Distills large volumes of business information into clear insights for executives and/or employees
- Prepares material for strategic or operational reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- 10+ years of business experience, preferably in the technology industry
- Project/program management experience across a highly matrixed organization
- Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a technology product and ecosystem role
